844 INSPECTIONS. [ART. 48.

33. The provisions of this article shall not be construed to ap-
ply to, or in any manner release, discharge or affect any judg-
ment recovered by civil action for injuries occasioned by the
seduction of any female, nor to apply to, or in any manner re-
lease, discharge or affect any judgment recovered by civil action
for damages for defaming any female.

ARTICLE XLVIII.

INSPECTIONS.

Illuminating Oils.

1. Test.
2. Stamp upon head of barrel.
3. Oil below test; penalty.
