676 ELECTIONS—CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS. [ART. 33,

notice of such election to be given by the sheriffs of the respective!
counties or city of Baltimore, composing the congressional district
in which such vacancy may exist.

120. This State shall be divided into six districts for the choos-
ing of six representatives in the congress of the United States,
which shall be numbered respectively from one to six.

121. The first congressional district shall be composed of
Worcester county, Somerset county,Wicomico county, Dorchester
county, Talbot county, Queen Anne's county, Caroline county and
Kent county, and shall be entitled to choose one representative in.
the house of representatives.

122. The second congressional district shall be composed of
Cecil county, Harford county, Carroll county and the second,
third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh,
and twelfth election districts of Baltimore county, and shall be

tives.

123. The third congressional district shall be composed of the
election precincts of the city of Baltimore, from number one to
number seventy-six, both numbers inclusive, and numbers seventy-
eight, seventy-nine, eighty-four, eighty-five and one hundred and
six, as the same were laid out and designated by the board of
police commissioners for the city of Baltimore, under and by
virtue of an act of assembly, passed at the January session eigh-
teen hundred and eighty-two, and shall be entitled to choose one
representative in the house of representatives.
