81. The several clerks of the circuit courts, and, the clerk of
dollars, make out a true copy of the said certificate of all the votes Ibid sec. 43. 1805, ch. 97, sec. 30.
82. The said clerks shall endorse on the certificate and poll-books city of Baltimore. Judges of Elections In Baltimore City.
