197. If any person belonging to this State shall go out of this
State and there marry with any person belonging to this State,
without such license or publication, each of the said parties, on
conviction, shall be fined one hundred dollars.

198. If any minister shall marry any person without such
license or publication, on conviction thereof, he shall be fined one
hundred dollars.

199. If any minister shall knowingly join in marriage any
male under the age of twenty-one years, or any female under the
age of sixteen years, and not before married, without the consent of
the parent or guardian of every such person, personally given or
signified under the hand and seal of the said parent or guardian,
and attested by two witnesses, he shall, on conviction, be fined
fifteen hundred dollars.

1884, ch. 264.

200. All marriages between a white person and a negro, or
between a white person and a person of negro descent, to the
third generation, inclusive, are forever prohibited, and shall be
void; and any person violating the provisions of this section shall
be deemed guilty of an infamous crime, and punished by impris-
onment in the penitentiary not less than eighteen months nor
more than ten years.

Mineral Waters, Porter and Other Beverages.

201. All persons, partnerships, corporate bodies, manufacturers,
and bottlers, and dealers in mineral waters, porter or any other
beverages whatsoever,who may use kegs, boxes, founts, bottles, jugs
or any other vessel upon which shall appear the name or names of
the person or persons, partnerships or corporate bodies, or marks
of ownership stamped, engraved, cut or in any manner affixed
thereon, may file with the clerk of the superior court of Baltimore
city, should the business of any such person or persons, partner-
