134. Nothing in the preceding section shall be construed to>
apply to the bodies of such persons as shall have been buried in
potter's field.

135. Any person or persons, his, her or their aiders or abet-
tors, who shall wilfully destroy, mutilate, deface, injure or
remove any tomb, monument or gravestone, or other structure
placed in any cemetery, or any building, wall, fence, railing or
other work, for the use, protection or ornament of any public or
private cemetery in this State, or shall wilfully destroy, cut,
break or remove any tree, plant or shrub within its limits, or who
shall shoot or discharge any fire-arms within said limits, or shall
be guilty of indecent or disorderly conduct within said limits,
shall be considered guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof before any justice of the peace or court of this State
having criminai jurisdiction, shall be punished by fine, not less
than five dollars nor more than fifty dollars, or imprisonment in
the county jail for not less than one month, or both, in the discre-
tion of the said justice or court, according to the gravity of the
offence.

136. Every person who shall, upon any pretence whatever,
come to hunt with gun or dog upon the lands of another, without
leave or license from the owner or possessor thereof first had and
obtained, shall, for every such offence, forfeit and pay to the
party aggrieved the sum of five dollars, to be recovered before a
justice of the peace in the name of the State; this section not to
apply to Dorchester county.
