101. The county commissioners, on application of any person
convenience of the party petitioning for such private road, as Ibid. sec. 31. 1834, ch. 263, sec. 1.
102. If any person through whose lands such road may pass, Ibid. sec. 32. 1834, ch. 253, sec. 1.
