10. The release or receipt of a woman over the age of eighteen
years to any person or persons, body corporate or body politic for
any money paid, property delivered or obligation satisfied, shall
be a good and valid discharge of such person or persons, body
corporate or body politic, in the same manner and to the same
extent as releases or receipts of the same character are now by law
good and valid when executed and delivered by persons of the
full age of twenty-one years.

1. The State reporter shall be appointed by the judges of the
court of appeals, and shall hold his office for the term of four
years, unless sooner removed by said judges, and shall be styled
the State reporter, and shall be re-eligible from time to time.
