91. Bach constable shall be sworn up at every Circuit Court of
the county, or Criminal Court of Baltimore, to the grand jury.

92. They shall visit all places within their respective cities or
counties where it is suspected gaming tables are kept, and give infor-
mation of all violations of law to the next Circuit Court or Criminal
Court of their county or city.

place, for sale, to produce a license, and in case of refusal or neg-
lect to produce the .same, shall carry such person before a justice,
