ATTORNEYS AT LAW.

1. No attorney or other person shall practice the law in any of
the courts of this State without being admitted thereto as herein
directed.

2. All applications for admission as attorney to practice the law
in this State shall be made to some one of the Circuit Courts for
the counties, the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, or to the Court
of Appeals, in open court.
