1872, c. 167, repeals sects. 7 and 8 as amended and re-en-
acted by 1870, c. 364, and re-enacts said sects. 7 and 8.

1872, c. 243, repeals sects. 33 and 34 of 1870, c. 364, and
enacts sects, in lieu thereof.

1874, c. 181, repeals 1870, c. 364, and 1872, c. 167, and
enacts sects, numbered 1 to 40 in lieu thereof.

1870, c. 205, requiring the commander of the state oyster police force to
enforce the provisions of article 41, " Fish and Fisheries; " and constitutes
the commissioners of the stale oyster police force, commissioners of fish-
eries in the Potomac river.

1872, c. 339, an act for the protection of oysters in certain waters of

1872, c. 359, an act to give to tongsmen in Queen Anne's and Kent
counties, the right to take oysters in the waters of either county, on a
license to be taken out in the county in which the tongsmen respectively
