NON-RESIDENT TRADERS.

1867. c. 252, repeals sects. 37, 38, 39 and 40, and enacts
in lieu thereof. Sup. 1861, /67, p. 149.

The act of 1867, c. 252, in force from March 21, 1867; but
shall not be construed to affect the rights of any person who
may have obtained a license to sell before its passage; and any
person, who, before its adoption, may have offended against
any of the sects, hereby repealed, shall remain liable to indict-
ment, conviction and punishment, in pursuance of the provi-
sions of said sects, as if the same had not been repealed.

1868. c. 413, repeals sects. 37, 38, 39 and 40, as enacted by
1867, c. 252, and enacts substitutes therefor.
