Librarian—State.

1867. c. 187, enacts a sec. numbered 1, fixing the amount of
stationery to be furnished by the state librarian to the legis-
lature. Sup. 1861, '67, p. 144.

1868. c. 70, repeals sec. 1, as enacted by 1867, c. 187, and en-
acts a s. in lieu thereof, arranged under article ——— " General
Assembly, " sub-title "Stationery; " and see 1868, c. 408, sup-
plementary to 1868, c. 70, and article 69, " Officers. "
1868, c. 387, repeals and re-enacts sects. 6, 9, 17 and 18.

1861. c. 47, further defines the duties of the state librarian, and is re-
pealed by 1862, c. 15.

article, and enacts as. in lieu thereof, arranged as sects. 20, 21,
22 and 23, under article 42, " Governor. "
