1872, c 236, creates a loan to provide for the completion and furnishing
of the buildings for the Maryland hospital at Spring Grove, in Baltimore
county.

1867, c. 170, amending the act incorporating the Washington university
of Baltimore; and providing for the establishment of an hospital to be
styled the Maryland free hospital, in said city.
