1864, c. 71, adds three ss. numbered 36, 37 and 38, ar-
ranged in sup. as sects 22, 23 and 21, under this sub-title.

SINEPUXENT BAY, &c.

1868, c. 112, enacts four ss. numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4, ar-
ranged in sup. as sects. 3, 4, 5 and 6, under this sub-title.

1870, c. 100, repeals s. 1, of 1868, c. 442, being sec. 3 in
sup., and re-enacts the same with amendments.

The act of 1870, c. 297, authorizes the governor to appoint commis-
sioners to examine the fisheries of the state, &c.

1874, c. 150, establishes a commission of fisheries for the state of Mary-
land, and makes an appropriation therefor.

1874, c. 253, provides for the protection and preservation of fish; and
to encourage the breeding and culture of fish in the waters of the state of
Maryland.
