Deaf, Dumb and Blind — Education of.

1865, c. 68, amends sec. 2, and makes an appropriation to
carry out the provisions thereof. Sup. 1861, '67, p. 98.

1870, c. 478, repeals, amends and re-enacts sec 2.

1870, c. 478, repeals ss. 2 and 3, of the act of 1865, c. 68,
in so far as said ss. of said act are not amendatory of sec. 2, of
this article.

1867. c. 247, ss. 1 to 18, incorporates an asylum for the deaf and dumb
of this state; and appropriates twenty -live thousand dollars for the con-
struction of a building.

1868. c. 409, ss. 14, 15 and 16, amends 1867, c. 247.

1870, c. 422, ss. 17 and 18, creates a fund to be called the deaf and dumb
asylum loan; and directs the treasurer to issue bonds, &c. See the act

1874, c. 42, amends acts of 1867, c. 247; 1868, c. 409; and 1870, c. 422,
