sup. under article 28, " County Commissioners, " sub-title
"Public Roads, " as 38 to 47, both inclusive; applicable to
Caroline and Talbot counties. Sup. 1861, '67, p. 64.

1868. c. 192, repeals sects. 38 to 47, both inclusive, as
enacted by 1867, c. 289.

1867. c. 290, entitled, an act to add a new article to the
code of public general laws, to be entitled, " Public Roads, "
enacts ss. arranged in sup. under article 28, " County Com-
missioners, " sub-title " Public Roads, " as 29 to 37, both inclu-
sive; applicable to counties of Worcester, Somerset, Anne
Arundel, Prince George's, Calvert and Montgomery.
