1868, c. 471, repeals article 26, " Corporations, " also sec. 22,
of article 16, "Chancery; " sects. 99 to 103, both inclusive, of
the same article, (should be article 75, " Pleadings, Practice and
Process, ") and sects. 33 to 43, both inclusive, of article 88,
" Sheriffs; " and enacts a substitute for said article 26.

1874, c. 432, repeals sec. 138, and re-enacts the same with

RAILROAD COMPANIES.

1870, c. 476, entitled an act to provide for the creation and
regulation of incorporated companies in the state of Maryland,
enacts sects, numbered 222 to 246, both inclusive, under this
sub-title. Sup. 1870, p. 35.

1874, c. 202, repeals s. 16, (being sec. 237, of supplement, )
of the act of 1870, c. 476, and re-enacts the same.
