1868, c. 285, enacts a s. numbered 24, in sup. relating to

fees of state's attorney. Sup. 1868, p. 16.

1861. c. 11, repeals sec. 19 and enacts ss. 42, 3 and 4, as a
substitute therefor.

ss. relating to the issuing of notes of a less denomination than
five dollars, and releasing banks from penalty incurred by issues
theretofor made.

1864, c. 13, amends sects. 1 and 2, by enacting a s. arranged
in sup. as sec. 19, and repeals sects. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 19.
