SEC. 6. A license may be granted to any person who
may apply for permission to keep a billiard table, for
which license there shall be paid the sum of fifty dol-
lars, and for every additional billiard table kept by
the same person or persons, he, she or they shall pay

a license of twenty-five dollars; provided, that all
said additional tables shall be kept in the same apart-
ment; provided, that this act shall not apply to any
billiard table kept for private use.
