ARTICLE XXIX.

Courts.

82. Judgment for damages on condemnation of lands: when execution may issue.
1870, c. 371 adds the following:

SEC. 82. In all cases of proceedings to condemn lands, for any purpose whatever, under any law or charter, upon the return and ratification of the inqui- sition by the proper court, and in all cases in which inquisitions may have been heretofore returned and	1870, c 371.
