An Act supplementary to an Act, entitled " an Act to make cer-
tain improvements in the vicinity of the State Live Stock Scales, "
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-four,
chapter twenty-three, and to an Act amendatory thereof, passed
eighteen hundred and sixty-six, chapter one hundred and
twenty, by appropriating a sum of money to enable the Com-
missioners therein named to discharge the liabilities incurred
