WICOMICO COUNTY. [ART. —.

Ibid. s. 3.
Penalty.

350. Any person or persons violating the preced-
ing section, shall pay a fine of five dollars for each
and every partridge killed, shot, trapped, caught or
wounded, in violation thereof, upon conviction before
a justice of the peace, one-half of which fine shall be
paid to the county commissioners of said county for
the use of the public schools thereof, and the other
half to the informer, and in default of the payment of
such fine, the person convicted of violating the preced-
ing section as aforesaid, shall be committed to the
county jail for thirty days, or until said fine and costs
of prosecution be paid, whichever shall first occur.
