ELECTIONS.

1870, c. 302 enacts the following and repeals all acts inconsistent therewith

SEC. 14. Sub-Sec. 1. The seventh election district of
Carroll county is divided into two election precincts,
with the following metes and bounds, that is to say:
precinct number one of seventh election district, be-
ginning ut a point on the Baltimore and Reisterstown
turnpike road, at the dividing line between Wool-
ery's district (number four, ) and Westminster (number
seven, ) as now located, and running northwest with
the centre of said turnpike road through Westminster
district (number seven, ) to a point in the city of West-
minster, at the juncture of the Littlestown turnpike
roads with the Uniontown turnpike road, thence with
the centre of the said Uniontown turnpike road to the
juncture of the said Uniontown turnpike road with the
road leading to Taneytown, thence with the centre of
the said Taneytown road to the division line between
