ARTICLE XCVIL

State Wharfinger and Wharves.

The act of 1870, c. 255 authorizes certain persons therein named to construct a pier
at No. 3 tobacco warehouse wharf in the city of Baltimore.

ARTICLE XCVIII.
Wild Fowl

The act of 1870, c. 296 requires the commanding officer of the oyster police force
from the first day of October, in each year, till the first day of April of the follow-
ing year, at such times as he shall be able to spare them, to detail a portion of his
force, together with a boat or barge, to visit and cruise about the Susquehanna and
other rivers of this state and enforce the provisions of this article. See ante, p. 120.
