EXECUTIONS.
See, under Public Local Laws, Art. XIX, Somerset County, the act of 1868, c. 45
providing for the issue of execution on judgments in Somerset and Worcester coun-
ties, against persons residing in Wicomico county: and under same article, the act
of 1868, r. 46 ratifying the proceedings of the sheriffs and constables of Somerset
county and Worcester county, upon executions issued to them prior to the formation
of Wicomico county.
FOXES.
186S, c. 75 entitled an act to protect foxes whilst pursued by dogs in Wicomico
county enacts the following:
11. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot
any fox, whilst pursued by a pack of hounds, within
the limits of Wicomico county, at a time when sports-
men are in pursuit of the same.

12. Any person offending against the first section of
this act shall be fined a sum not exceeding ten dollars,
at the discretion of the justice of the peace before whom
he may be presented j one-half of said fine to go to the
informer, the other half to be applied to the use of the
poor of said county, to be recovered as other small debts
are recovered.

13. All judgments rendered in the circuit courts for
Somerset and Worcester counties, and all judgments
which may be rendered in either of said courts, on
suits depending in said courts, at the time of the adop-
tion of the constitution, against persons residing in
Wicomico county, are declared to be liens on the real
estate of said persons, situate in Wicomico county, to
all intents and purposes, as if said judgments had been
rendered in the circuit court for Wicomico county.
