county, one-half of which fine shall be paid to the
county commissioners for the use of the public schools
of said county, and the other half to the informer.

This act further provides that the operation of all acts of assembly in conflict with
this act be and are hereby suspended until the expiration of the same.

In force and approved February 18, 1868.

ROADS.

By the act of 1868, c. 66 a company is incorporated to construct a turnpike or gra-
vel road from Cereafoss Cross Roads through or near Fair View to the Pennsylvania
line in Washington county.
