COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
1862, c. 266 adds the following to this article:

 

SEC. 40. The county commissioners of Worcester
county shall cause to be published in some news-
paper printed in Worcester county, for at least three
successive weeks previous to the first Wednesday of
November next, and so in like manner in each and
every year thereafter, the annual statement and report
of the trustees of the poor of Worcester county, which
statement and report shall be made by the said trus-
tees to the county commissioners aforesaid, at least
two months before the time above named for its pub-
lication, and shall set forth all the receipts, with the
sources from which they are severally derived, and
the disbursement and expenditures of the said institu-
tion for the support of the almshouse and its inmates,
with a statement of the sums allowed to its officers
