an appeal, or certified copies of the record thereof,
shall be taken and received as full and sufficient
evidence of the true location of said roads.

SHERIFF.
1865, c. 112 repeals 1S64, c. 351, which act had repealed 1862, c. 78, amending
section 81 and enacts the following as said section:

81. The sheriff of Carroll county stall be entitled
to such sum of money, per day, for boarding each
prisoner, or person committed to or confined in the
jail of said county, as the county commissioner of
said county shall determine, not to exceed seventy-
five cents per day for such prisoner or person, and
the said county commissioners are hereby authorized
and empowered to pay to the sheriff of Carroll county
accordingly from the first day of June, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-four.

1861, c. 62, adds the following to section 88:

88. Any person who shall violate any of the penal
ordinances, or any ordinance, or clause of any ordi-
nance of the corporation of Uniontown, the violation
of which subjects the party violating the same to a
fine, shall, immediately after the fine is imposed, pay
