785. The provisions of, sections seven hundred and
eighty-four, seven hundred and eighty-five, seven
hundred and eighty-six, seven hundred and eighty-
seven, seven hundred and eighty-eight, seven hun-
dred and eighty-nine, seven hundred and ninety and
seven hundred and ninety-one, shall apply to all
proceedings under this act.

1864, c. 286 which amended section 804 is repealed by 1865, c. 169. This latter
act repeals all sections of the articles of Public Local Laws, relating to the pay
and mileage of the Judges of the Orphans' Court of the state and enacts the following:
786. The judges of the orphans' court of Balti-
more city shall receive six dollars for every day's
attendance upon the sessions of said court to be paid
by the city of Baltimore.

PARKS.
1862, c. 29 adds the following under the above sub-title and repeals 1861, c. 41 on
the same subject.
787. The resolution of the mayor and city council
of Baltimore, appointing a commission in relation to
the proposed public parks, approved June the fourth,
eighteen hundred and sixty, and an ordinance of the
said mayor and city council, to provide for a public
park or parks, approved July the twenty-first, eigh-
teen hundred and sixty, are hereby confirmed, and
all acts done or which may be hereafter done by the
said mayor and city council, or other officer of said
city, or by the park commission acting under the
provisions of said resolution and ordinance, shall
have the same effect as if the said mayor and city
council, prior to the passage of the said resolution
and ordinance, had been expressly empowered by an
