1867, c. 362 repeals sections 27, 28 and 29 of this article and substitutes the
following:
SEC. 27. If any person shall, without the consent
in writing of the trustees or overseers of the alms-
house, sell, give, dispose of or barter any spirituous
or fermented liquors to any pauper connected with
or living at said almshouse, he shall, on conviction
before any justice of the peace of said county, be

1867, o. 240 repeals sections 30, 34, 35, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 62 and
substitutes the following:
30. The boundaries of the city of Annapolis shall
be as follows: Beginning at the water's edge at Wind-
mill point, thence by a straight line to Sycamore point,
and thence again by a straight line from Sycamore
point to the wharf at Fort Madison, and thence by a
