ARTICLE XLVIII.

Insolvents.

Chapter 01 amends section 20, as follows:

SEC. 1. Any person interested may appeal from the decision
of the court on any question under this article, provided, such
appeal be entered within thirty days, and a certified copy of the
record be transmitted to the Court of Appeals within sixty days
from the date of the decision appealed from; and provided also,
that the execution or effect of any judgment, decree, decision or
order, so appealed from, shall not be suspended or staid, unless a
bond shall be given in such penalty and condition, and with
such security, as the court may prescribe and approve.

ARTICLE L.
Juries.

Chapter 78 amends section 16, as follows:

SEC. 1. Jurors shall receive two dollars and a half per day,
for each and every day they shall attend the several courts of
this State as jurors, and fifteen cents for each mile over five
miles, for going to and returning from the court once in each
term, to be paid by the counties or city respectively in which
such courts are held.

2. All the sections of the several articles of the Public Local
Laws relating to the pay and mileage of jurors are hereby
repealed.
