Chapter 154 repeals Sections 119, 120, and enacts the following as a substitute-

SEC. 1. Every auctioneer shall within twenty days after the
first days of January, April, July and October, of the year for
which bo shall havo been appointed, render to the Comptroller
of the State, a true and particular account, in writing, of the
money or sums for which, any goods, wares or merchandize, or
