PRIVATE ACTS — CHARTERS. 55

MEDICAL AND CHIRURGICAL FACULTY OF MARYLAND.

A FURTHER ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENT to an act entitled an act to establish
and Incorporate a Medical and Chirurgical Faculty or Society in the State of Mary-
land.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, it shall be fully competent
for any ten members of the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Mary-
land, who may assemble after a public call published at least twice a
week for two weeks in one or more of the daily newspapers of Baltimore
city, to transact any or all of the business that may come before said
Faculty.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That so much of charter of said Faculty
as calls for fifteen to make a quorum to transact the business of said
Faculty, be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from and
after its passage.

MEDICAL AND CHIRURGICAL FACULTY or MARYLAND.

AN ACT to repeal an act entitled, a further additional supplement to an act entitled
an act to establish and Incorporate a Medical and Chirurgical Faculty or Society,
in the State of Maryland, passed June session eighteen hundred and sixty-one,
chapter forty-two, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That it shall be fully competent for any. number of the members of the
Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland, not less than five, who
may assemble after a public call published at least twice a week, for two
weeks, in one or more of the daily newspapers of Baltimore city, to
transact any or all of the business that may come before said Faculty.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That so much of the charter of said
Faculty as calls for fifteen to make a quorum to transact the business of
said Faculty, be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from and
after its passage.

METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH, ELKTON.

AN ACT to Incorporate the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal Church at Elkton.

WHEREAS, By the deed duly executed on the twenty-first day of Sep-
tember, in the year eighteen hundred and fifty-nine, by Martha A.
