COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
The Act of 1862, ch. 266, adds the following to this article:
SEC. 1. The county commissioners of Worcester county shall
cause to be published in some newspaper printed in Worcester
county, for at least three successive weeks previous to the first
Wednesday of November next, and so in like manner in each
and every year thereafter, the annual statement and report of
the trustees of the poor of Worcester county, which statement
and report shall be made by the said trustees to the county com-
missioners aforesaid, at least two months before the time above
named for its publication, and shall set forth all the receipts,
with the sources from which they are severally derived, and the
disbursement and expenditures of the said institution for the
support of the almshouse and its inmates, with a statement of
the sums allowed to its officers and employees and the allowances
made to indigent out-pensioners; and such other information in
detail as in the judgment of the trustees may give general infor-
mation of the affairs of the institution.
2. The 'board of primary education of Worcester county shall
have free access to the books and accounts of the county com-
missioners of said county, in so far as they relate to the receipts
