Antietam Battlefield Commission.

An. Code, 1924, sec. 42. 1912, sec. 39. 1904, sec. 30. 1900, ch. 200, sec. 1. 1900, ch. 644.

40. The "Antietam Battlefield Commission of Maryland" is author-
ized to transfer to the perpetual care of the government of the United States
the lot of ground, with improvements thereon, situated at the intersection
of the Hagerstown turnpike and the Smoketown road, on the battlefield of
Antietam, Washington County, Maryland, acquired by the said commission
under chapter 294 of the acts of 1898.
