of his or her child, whether born at the time of making the will or after-
wards ; provided, however, that any parent shall have the power, by a duly
executed will, to appoint a guardian as to the property which his or her
child, whether born at the time of making the will or afterwards, may
inherit from him or her. Every such testamentary guardian shall qualify
in like manner and with like conditions, and shall have the same powers
and perform the same duties with regard to the person, or property, or both
of the ward as a guardian appointed by the Orphans' Court.¹
