125. The commission shall prescribe the length in rounds of every
boxing and sparring match or exhibition and the contestants in every such
match or exhibition shall wear gloves weighing not less than five ounces.

126. Any principal, principals, manager, managers, second, seconds,
promoter or promoters, or matchmaker if found guilty of receiving or
accepting any money or presents from any boxer or exhibitor of the art of
boxing or sparring or from any wrestler for some special privilege or for
discriminating in matters of making a match shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor and subject to a penalty as prescribed in this sub-title.

127. That no boxing or sparring or wrestling exhibition, exhibitions,
performance or performances, shall be held or conducted in any building,
buildings, structure or structures where liquor is sold or served.

128. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this sub-title for
which a penalty is not expressly prescribed shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor, and subject to a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

129. No boxer or wrestler shall be permitted to 'enter the ring unless
he has been declared in physical fitness by a competent physician.

All Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, to
the extent of such inconsistency, and if any section or provision of this
sub-title shall be declared to be unconstitutional or unauthorized by any
court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall affect only the section
or provision declared to be unconstitutional or unauthorized, and not
affect any other section or part of this sub-title.¹

130. Nothing in this sub-title and no provisions of Sections 112 to
129, inclusive, of this Article, shall be construed to apply to intercol-
legiate boxing held or given on the campuses of or under the auspices of
any college or university within this State or to interscholastic boxing
held or given on the campuses or under the auspices of any high school
within this State.

131. The owner or keeper of every stallion or jackass shall, before
permitted to stand such animal, pay to the clerk of the circuit court for
some one of the counties in this State the highest sum which he intends
to ask or receive for the season of one mare; and the receipt of the said
