19. (Uniformity of Interpretation.) The sub-title shall be so inter-
preted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform
the law of those States, which enact it.

20. (Short Title.) This sub-title may be cited as the Uniform Inter-
party Agreement Act. 1
