The Inspector of Tobacco.

169. The Inspector of Tobacco and the rights, powers, duties, obliga-
tions and functions now or hereafter provided for him by law, shall not
be affected by the terms of this Act.

170. The Maryland State Board of Censors shall continue to have
and exercise all the rights, powers, duties, obligations and functions now
or hereafter conferred by law.

171. The Maryland Racing Commission, and the rights, powers, du-
ties, obligations and functions now or hereafter provided for it by law,
shall riot be affected by the terms of this Act.1

172. The head of the Department of Post Mortem Examiners shall
be a Commission constituted and organized as provided by law and having
and exercising all the rights, powers, duties, obligations and functions now
or hereafter conferred by law.
State Publicity Commission.

173. There is hereby created a Commission, to be known as the State
Publicity Commission, consisting of the Governor, the State Forester,
the Chairman of the Commission on Fisheries, the President of the Mary-
land State Game and Inland Fish Commission and five other persons, to
be appointed by the Governor, one of whom he shall designate as Chair-
man of said Commission. It shall be the duty of said Commission to
compile, edit, publish and distribute pamphlets and other literature de-
scriptive of sport fishing, water industry, oysters, crabs, seafood products
and other natural resources and the recreational areas and places of scenic
and historic interest in the State of Maryland, which would bring to the
attention of the people of the whole country the valuable recreational and
national resources of the State and would be of interest to visitors to the
State. Said Commission shall maintain its office in the City of Annapolis.
