94. (Open Season.) The open season in the area herein described for
all fish other than carp and suckers, shall be from the first day of April to
the fifteenth day of August, both dates inclusive, and then only by means
of rod, hook and line. The creel limit on large and small mouth bass and
trout shall not be over ten in one day,—no trout under eight inches in
length shall be taken and no bass under nine inches.

The State Game and Inland Fish Commission shall not at any time
during the term of the lease herein referred to close to the public any part
of the area except it may at its discretion and for the proper propaga-
tion of fish close tributaries to the area for their length, not to exceed three
at any one time, or it may prohibit fishing during the period between one
hour after sunset and half an hour before sunrise if it deems it necessary
for the proper policing of the area.

95. (Unlawful to Hunt Without First Having Complied with Game
Laws.) It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt upon the area herein
referred to as prescribed in Section 92 of this Article without having first
complied with all the requirements contained and specified in the game
laws of Maryland.

96. Every motor boat used on Deep Creek Lake shall conform to the
Federal regulations as to lights, life preservers and other equipment for
motor boats. Each motor boat so used on the waters of the Lake shall be
under the supervision of the State Game and Inland Fish Commission,
its deputies and game warden in charge of the area, whose duty it shall
be to see that no boats shall be permitted to ply the waters of this Lake
that are not complying with the Federal regulations, or which are polluting
the waters with oil or other waste, and the said State Game and Inland
Fish Commission, its deputies and game warden are hereby authorized and
empowered to arrest anyone using his motor boat in violation of the above
regulations and shall be further empowered to remove such boats from said
Lake until the owner or operator of said boat has corrected these irregu-
larities.

97. (Wharf, Pier, Dock, Etc., Prohibited—Proviso.) It shall be un-
lawful for any person to build, construct or have constructed or place any
wharf, pier, dock, float or any projection along or running into or over
the waters of this area without first obtaining from .the State Game and
Inland Fish Commission of Maryland and the lessors of said area a written
permit so to do.

98. (Appointment of Game Wardens.) The State Game and Inland
Fish Commission of Maryland shall appoint a citizen of Maryland to act
as deputy game warden in charge of the area herein described. The same
powers and duties pertaining to and governing the office of deputy game
warden as set forth in the game laws of Maryland shall apply to this office.
