161C. Any person catching or receiving oysters or cultch from said
area without permission from the Conservation Commission or the director
of the laboratory, or any one disturbing or interfering with the markers,
buoys or other monuments erected on said area, or with any baskets and
other equipment set out in the water for experimental purposes, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to the penalty prescribed in
Section 156. ¹

¹ Sec. 2 of ch. 297 of Acts of 1931 repealed all laws Inconsistent therewith to extent
of such inconsistency.
