showing such prices the Commission shall require that the same shall be
uniform as among the several milk dealers licensed in any market for
each grade, quantity and class of milk to be purchased for the market. In

under the provisions of this section shall be f. o. b. distributive plant in the
respective sales area, subject to the provisions of sub-paragraph (g) of

10. Licenses shall be issued under the seal of the Commission in such
form as the Commission shall prescribe, but each license shall set forth:
(a) The name and place of the business of the licensee.
(b) The type or types of business licensed.
(c) The market or markets in which the license shall be operative.
(d) The period of the license, which shall be for one year from date
of issuance, except, however, during the year 1937, in which year the
license shall run only to the termination date of this Article.
The original or a certified copy of each license or permit and the
schedule or schedules of prices to be paid and/or charged so far as re-
quired for the type of license issued, shall be conspicuously displayed by
the licensee or permit holder in each place of business; but a delivery
vehicle shall not be deemed a place of business for the purpose of this
requirement.

11. A licensed milk dealer may at any time during the period covered
by his license file with the Commission an amended schedule of prices
he desires to pay or charge for the remainder of such period, or any other
lawful amendment of his existing license. Thereupon the Commission
may issue to him an amended license, subject to the provisions of this
Article. The Commission may decline to issue such amended license, or
may issue an amended license specifying prices other than those set forth
in such amended schedule and between such last described prices and
those set forth in the theretofore existing schedule of prices of such
licensee.

12. Licenses issued pursuant to this Article shall not be renewable.
Each licensee desiring to continue in business after the expiration of the
period of his license shall not less than two weeks prior to the expiration
of such period, file application for a license for the succeeding year as
required by this Article, and such license shall be issued, or may be
refused, conditioned or limited, subject to all the provisions of this Article
relating thereto. The Commission shall, however, grant a provisional
