1A. Commercial vehicles with two axles and equipped with pneu-
matic tires other than those electrically operated shall be divided into six
classes based upon the gross shipping weight of the chassis as given and
certified to by the manufacturer and the fees for each class shall be as
follows:

3 3500 and over but less than 5000.................... 35

4 5000 and over but less than 6000..................... 50

pneumatic tires, other than those electrically operated, shall be divided
into six classes based upon the gross shipping weight of the chassis as
given and certified to by the manufacturer and the fees for each class
shall be as follows:

pneumatic tires, electrically operated, shall be divided into seven classes
based upon the gross shipping weight of the chassis, battery, body and
load as given and certified to by the manufacturer, and the fee for each
class shall be as follows:
