1A. In addition to the members of the State Board of Health, for
whose appointment provision is made by Section 1 of this Article, the
Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint an ex
perienced doctor of dental surgery as a member of the said Board The
person so appointed by the Governor shall hold office for six (6) years, and
the term of office of the first appointee under this section shall begin on the
first Monday of July, 1929, and shall expire on the first Monday of May,
1935
