and shall be payable to said clerk, before any such license is issued, for
distribution as hereinafter provided.

This Section shall not apply to Baltimore City and Baltimore, Garrett,
Caroline, Allegany, St. Mary's, Harford and Queen Anne's counties.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such a license may
be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight on every day

except Sunday and the day of any general, special or primary election.

Beer License, Class B. (On Sale)—Hotels and Restaurants. Such a
license shall be issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County
in which the place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell beer at retail at any hotel or restaurant
at the place therein described, for consumption on the premises or else-
where. ' The annual fee for such a license shall be Fifty Dollars ($50. 00)
and shall be payable to said clerk, before any such licence is issued, for dis-

tribution as hereinafter provided.

This Section shall not apply to Baltimore City and Baltimore, Garrett,
Caroline, Allegany, St. Mary's, Howard, Harford and Queen Anne's
counties.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such a license may
be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight except in Wash-
ington County where the hours shall be from 6 A. M. to 2 A. M. on the
day following, and except in Prince George's County, where the closing
hours shall not apply, but no holder of such a license shall be; permitted
to make any sale on the day of any general, special or primary election.
In Dorchester County, no sale shall be made on Sunday except with bona

fide meals.

Beer License, Class C. (On Sale)—Clubs. Such license shall be
. issued by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County in which the
place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder thereof to
keep for sale and sell beer at retail to bona fide members and their guests,
at any club, at the place therein described, for consumption on the prem-
ises only. The annual fee for such a license shall be Twenty-five Dollars
($25. 00), and shall be payable to said clerk, before any such license is
issued, for distribution as hereinafter provided.

This Section shall not apply to Baltimore City and Baltimore, Allegany,
Howard, Caroline, Garrett, Harford, Kent, Queen Anne's, Somerset and
St. Mary's counties.

The hours during which the privileges conferred by such a license may
be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 12 o'clock midnight except in Wash-
ington County where the hours shall be from 6 A. M. to 2 A. M. on the
day following, and except in Prince George's County where the closing
hours shall not apply, but no holder of such a license shall be permitted
