458 ARTICLE 38.

vide ample accommodations and facilities for law libraries located in their
respective Court Houses. This section not to apply to Montgomery, Queen
Anne's, Caroline, Cecil, Anne Arundel and Talbot Counties, provided,
that the Bar Library of Garrett County shall only be entitled to receive
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00).
