occupation, pursuit or business; provided, however, that it shall be unlaw-
ful for any person or persons, who engage therein as an occupation,
pursuit or business, to officiate at or assist in the conduct of the playing
of games of baseball as an umpire, manager, ground keeper, gate keeper,
ticket seller, guard or attendant, within Montgomery County, on the first
day of the week, commonly called Sunday, except when such games are
played between the hours of two P. M. and six P. M. and are not played
within one hundred (100) yards of any existing permanent church edifice
where religious services are being held.

483F. Nothing contained in Section 483 or 485 of this Article shall
be construed to prohibit or make unlawful the exhibition, within the
boundaries of Montgomery County, of motion pictures after 2 o'clock
P. M. on the first day of the week, commonly called Sunday, whether
same be exhibited with or without a charge or admission fee; provided,
however, that it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to exhibit
motion pictures before 2 o'clock P. M. on Sunday. Nothing contained
in said Section 483 and 485 shall be construed to prohibit or make unlaw-
ful dancing, bowling, the playing of pool or billiards, the exhibition of
motion pictures or the hiring of halls for cards or dancing until 1. 30
A. M. on Sunday, with or without admission fee or other charge.

483G. Nothing contained in Sections 483 or 485 of this Article shall
be construed to prohibit or make unlawful the work or employment of
any operator, ticket seller or other employees or attendants in connection
with the exhibition of motion pictures after 2 o'clock P. M. on Sunday
within the limits and boundaries of Montgomery County. Any person
violating any of the provisions of Sections 483D, 483E, 483F or 483G
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100. 00) for
each and every such violation.

483H. Nothing contained in Section 483 of this article however, shall
be construed to prohibit, penalize, or make unlawful the operation of a
swimming pool within Montgomery County on the first day of the week,
commonly called Sunday with or without admission fee or other charge,
provided however, that it shall be unlawful for any person or persons who
engage in connection therewith as an occupation, pursuit or business to
officiate at or assist in the conduct of the operation of a swimming pool
if operated on the first day of the week, commonly called Sunday, within
Montgomery County if operated within one hundred yards of a perma-
nent church edifice where religious services are being held.
