Rape.

466. Every person convicted of the crime of rape or as being accessory
thereto before the fact shall, at the discretion of the Court, suffer death,
or be sentenced to confinement in the Penitentiary for the period of his
natural life, or undergo a confinement in the Penitentiary for not less
than eighteen months nor more than twenty-one years; and penetration
shall be evidence of rape, without proof of emission

Receiving Stolen Goods, Money or Securities.

Refuse—Throwing or Dumping.

475A. It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, dump, or deposit
any trash, junk or other refuse upon the land or property of another
without the written consent first had and obtained of the owner thereof,
or under the personal direction of such owner; or to throw, dump or
deposit any trash, junk or other refuse upon any public highway of this
State; any violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor and!
any person convicted thereof before a Justice of the Peace or court of
proper jurisdiction shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $5. 00 or
more than $50. 00, or by imprisonment of not less than thirty (30) or
more than ninety (90) days, or both.
