Machine Gun.
1933, ch. 550. sec. 350A.
350A. Definitions. "Machine Gun" as used in this sub-title, means
"Crime of Violence" applies to and includes any of the following
crimes or an attempt to commit any of the same, namely, murder of any
"Person" applies to and includes firm, partnership, association or
corporation.

350B. Possession or use of a machine gun in the perpetration or at-

350D. Possession or use of a machine gun shall be presumed to be for
offensive or aggressive purpose:
(a) when the machine gun is on premises not owned or rented, for
(b) when in the possession of, or used by, an unaturalized foreign-born
court of record, state or federal, of the United States of America, its
(c) when the machine gun is of the kind described in Section 350H
(d) when empty or loaded shells which have been used or are suscepti-
