1927, ch. 472, sec. 171C.

171C. It shall be unlawful for any person, co-partnership or corpora-
tion to recharge, except in cases of emergency or with the consent of the
owner thereof, or his or its duly authorized agent, servant or employee, any
electric storage battery owned by any other person, co-partnership or cor-
poration upon or to which the word "rental" or any word, mark, device or
character is printed, painted, stamped or otherwise placed or attached for
the purpose of identifying the ownership thereof as belonging to or being
the property of the person, co-partnership or corporation owning the same.

1927, ch. 472, sec. 171D

171D. It shall be unlawful for any person, co-partnership or corpora-
tion other than the owner thereof to retain in his, their or its possession,
for a longer period than thirty days after demand by registered mail by
the owner thereof, any electric storage battery upon or to which the word
"rental" or any word, mark, device or character is printed, painted,
stamped, burned or otherwise placed or attached, for the purpose of identi-
fying the ownership thereof as belonging to or being the property of the
person, co-partnership or corporation owning the same.

1927, ch. 472. sec. 171E.

171E. Any person, co-partnership or corporation and the members,
officers, agents and employees of any co-partnership or corporation violat-
ing any of the provisions of this ordinance1 shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than twenty-
five dollars.

174A. Any person who shall wilfully wear the insignia, uniform or
button of The American Legion, or the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the
United States, or the Disabled American Veterans of the World War or
the United Spanish War Veterans, or the official decorations of said organ-
izations, or use the same to obtain aid or assistance within this State,
unless he or she shall be entitled to use or wear the same under the consti-
tution and by-laws, rules and regulations of such organizations, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more
than twenty-five ($25. 00) dollars, and in default of payment committed
to jail for a period not to exceed thirty days.

tary, or veterans' organization, labor union, foundation, federation, or any
